Gary J. Gorham

Mr. Gorham is a partner in the Firm. He has 25 years of experience in civil litigation throughout the United States, representing businesses and individuals in complex civil matters including corporate disputes and derivative actions, entertainment, intellectual property, employment, contract law and business tort matters. Mr. Gorham has extensive trial and arbitration experience and has delivered numerous notable results, including a defense verdict at arbitration in a $300 million lost profits claim relating to the Twilight film franchise, a multi-million dollar jury verdict in federal court on claims relating to sale of counterfeit goods, a verdict on fraud claims and an award of punitive damages against a partner in a corporate dissolution action, a jury verdict in a SLAPP-back action, a seven-figure arbitration award on behalf of a government contracts vendor, and a seven-figure arbitration award relating to a commercial real estate transaction. Mr. Gorham received his Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude. Mr. Gorham has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” in civil litigation from 2008 to 2020 by the publishers of Law and Politics.
